Get into Print.

stArt and the University Co-op Bookshop invite all Co-op members, student artists and designers as well as lecturers currently enrolled or teaching in art and design courses in Australia to submit designs.

We are looking for original art works and designs suitable to be printed as greeting cards and desirable enough for everyone to want one!

We want to produce an original Christmas card edition for our customers and partners. The winning design will get a limited edition print run and the creator will receive a $200.00 gift voucher to spend at Co-op Bookshop stores.

We are also giving away a Quarfie Crumpler Bag to our favourites.

Entries close 5:00pm EST - 30 October, 2008

Here’s how to submit your design:

Create your art.

Your design can be traditional art, paintings, illustrations, sketches, vector art, Photomedia, or however you like to design.  There is no brief except just make it thought provoking, make it bold, make it beautiful and give it the Christmas message!

Card dimensions:

125mm [wide] x 155mm  [height]

Make it digital (if it’s not already).

If your design is traditional art, take a picture of it with a digital camera or scan it.

• To enter you will need a low resolution jpeg file to begin with no bigger than 1MB per image.
• For best results, use images that are 500 pixels by 500 pixels.
• Register and upload submissions entries on the ‘Submit Works’ tab on studentart.com.au OR burn your submissions to CD and send them in together with a signed copy of the terms and conditions marked:
